How to White-Label Your Surveys for Clients (Their Logo, Colors and Domain)

Send a client’s survey under their brand, not ours: no SurveyRock branding, their logo and colors, and their own domain. All three set up in SurveyRock for a made-up client, then previewed as their customers see it.

Run every client's survey under their brand, not ours. Here's how to white-label a survey in SurveyRock.

Start in the survey's settings, and open Look and Feel. Turn on Hide SurveyRock branding. Then upload the client's icon, for the browser tab.

Next, open the theme editor, and choose Customize. In Brand Kit, enter the client's two colors, and generate a theme from them. Under Logo, upload theirs, and insert it. Then save it as a new theme, named for the client, to use on their other surveys.

On Growth and up, the survey can live on the client's own domain. Enter it, and add the two records shown at their registrar. SurveyRock checks them and sets up HTTPS on its own.

Preview it: the client's logo and colors, and no SurveyRock branding. This is SurveyRock — start free at surveyrock.com.

The survey data shown in this video is a demo account's, not a customer's.
