The score, counted for you
The standard 0-to-10 question, with promoters, passives and detractors counted for you, on every plan. The NPS template pairs it with "What is the main reason for your score?" and an optional follow-up request.
Send NPS and CSAT surveys, watch the score come in, see what the comments keep saying, and turn the biggest issue into an Action with an owner and a due date.
Free plan, no credit card. New accounts get 14 days of Growth.
Most CX programs don't stall at sending the survey. They stall the week after. The NPS is on a slide, 600 comments sit in an export, and nobody is sure who owns the problem half of them mention. SurveyRock is built around that week: reading the answers and getting the fix started.
An illustration with made-up figures. It isn't customer data.
A quarterly NPS survey goes to 1,200 customers by email, with reminders that skip anyone who has already answered. Email invitations from Solo.
The NPS card fills in as answers arrive: +31, from 48% promoters, 35% passives and 17% detractors, with the typical range in published studies for your industry under it. Every plan.
The 412 comments are grouped into themes, each answer tagged with its sentiment. "Slow replies at weekends" is the largest negative theme, and Theme Impact shows detractors mention it most. Growth.
From the theme, create an Action: the support lead owns it, it's due in 30 days, and the target is for that theme's share of comments to fall. Once 30 more responses are in, it shows the share it started from beside today's, labelled "movement, not proof". Actions on every plan, three open on Free; raising one from a theme needs Growth.
On Pro, the Action opens a linked ticket in Zendesk or Freshdesk in one click, so the follow-up sits where your support team already works.
The standard 0-to-10 question, with promoters, passives and detractors counted for you, on every plan. The NPS template pairs it with "What is the main reason for your score?" and an optional follow-up request.
Ready-made templates for support satisfaction after a ticket, customer effort, and a churn and exit survey that asks why a customer is leaving. Every one is yours to edit.
Ask detractors what went wrong and promoters what they'd tell a friend. Rules can test an NPS or rating answer against a number, from Solo. Piping earlier answers into later questions starts on Growth.
A link and a QR code on every plan. From Solo, email invitations with reminders, and embeds that sit inline on your site or open as a popup or slider. From Team, a ready-made message to post in Slack or Microsoft Teams. On Growth, a campaign repeats weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
Label the top of a rating scale "satisfied" (say, "Very satisfied") and SurveyRock reports CSAT beside the average: the share of answers on the satisfied side, with the range it counted printed next to it, such as 4–5 on a 5-point scale. Label it "easy" and it reports CES instead. Any other scale gets a Top 2 box figure.
Start from the customer satisfaction survey template, which asks the NPS question and a satisfaction rating together, or check a score you already have with the CSAT calculator.
On Growth, SurveyRock groups each question's comments into themes, tags each answer's sentiment and writes a summary. Email addresses, phone numbers and IP addresses are masked before the text reaches the AI model.
See which themes your low scorers mention and which your high scorers mention, side by side. Growth.
Shows which of your rating questions move most closely with NPS or CSAT. It's a pattern in your data, not proof of cause, and it waits for at least 30 complete responses rather than guess. Growth.
From Team, compare NPS and rating questions with the previous week, month or quarter. On Growth, compare separate sends and earlier surveys, check whether a change is likely to be chance, and get a drafted executive summary for leadership.
On Pro, bring in reviews from connected review sites and read their themes alongside your survey comments.
Turn a theme, a key driver, a summary suggestion or one customer's answer into an Action with an owner, a due date, a status and a resolution note. Every plan: Free keeps three open at a time, and Solo and up have no limit.
An Action records the number it started from. Once 30 new responses are in, it shows the current value next to it, captioned "movement, not proof", because a number moving isn't proof the Action moved it.
The owner hears about it in the app and by email when it's assigned. Every morning at 08:00 in their own time zone, they get one email listing what's due or overdue. With Slack connected, a manager can also post new assignments to a shared channel.
From Team, a workflow can post a low NPS score to a Slack channel, call a webhook, or raise an Action by itself, and Zapier's New Low Score Response trigger can start a Zap in the other apps you use.
On Pro, connect Zendesk or Freshdesk. A workflow can create or update a ticket or add a note, and an Action can open a linked ticket in one click. It's one way: nothing in the ticket changes the Action.
HubSpot's own feedback surveys come with Service Hub Professional or Enterprise, and anyone building one needs an assigned Service Hub seat. Professional starts at $100 per Service Seat a month, plus a required one-time onboarding fee of $1,500.
SurveyRock runs your survey program on its own plan. On Pro, it writes each response back to the HubSpot contact: the latest NPS or CSAT score in a contact property, a note with what they said, or a task for the contact's owner when a detractor writes in. You connect by signing in to HubSpot, so there's no API key to copy. SurveyRock and HubSpot

For a CX program, Growth is the plan we'd start on, because that's where the comments get read for you. The 14-day trial is Growth, so it doesn't include the Pro integrations. See every plan
When you might not need us: if all you want is one satisfaction question after each ticket, the survey your help desk already sends may be enough. And if SMS or WhatsApp is how you reach customers, we don't offer either yet.
Work out a score: NPS calculator · CSAT calculator
Yes, and in one survey if you like. NPS and the CSAT figure are on every plan. The customer satisfaction survey template starts with the NPS question and a satisfaction rating, and each gets its own report.
Not by itself yet: SurveyRock can't send an invitation when something happens in another app. What works today is putting the survey link in your help desk's closing reply or macro, on any plan. On Growth, custom URL variables can carry a ticket or customer ID into the response.
No, not yet. You can send by email, a link, a QR code, an embed on your site, or a message in Slack or Teams.
HubSpot, yes, on Pro: a workflow writes the response to the contact, adds a note, or creates a task or ticket. We don't have an Intercom or Salesforce integration. Zapier (Solo and up), webhooks (Team and up) and our REST API (Solo and up) can pass responses to other systems.
Response data is stored in the EU (AWS Stockholm). When theme detection or summaries run, answers go to our AI providers, some of them in the US, and survey content isn't used to train AI models. We don't hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification today; both are on our roadmap. A DPA is available self-serve.
New accounts get 14 days of Growth with no credit card, with email sending capped at 500 recipients per rolling 24 hours. If you don't choose a paid plan, the account moves to Free when the trial ends, and your surveys and responses stay.
Start from the NPS template, share the link, and watch the score come in. No credit card.
