People tell you what's really going on when they trust the survey. Here's how to run an anonymous pulse survey, from the template to the results.
Start from the Employee Engagement Pulse template. It's three questions: four agreement statements, the employee Net Promoter question, and an optional note for leadership. Short enough to run every month.
Before you publish, open Settings and turn on Collect responses anonymously. New responses then arrive without a contact, IP address, country or device attached. Once they do, the setting stays on.
Then set a minimum group size. When results are filtered, by an answer or a date range, nothing is shown unless at least that many completed responses match. Five is the default, and you can raise it to twenty.
In results, each response shows the day it arrived, not the time, and no contact.
Filter down to a small group, like the detractors here, and SurveyRock won't show it: fewer than five people match. This is SurveyRock — start free at surveyrock.com.
The survey data shown in this video is a demo account's, not a customer's.
