Refer a team to SurveyRock. Once they have been a paying customer for 30 days, they get $10 in account credit and you get $5.
How it works
Share your link. Your personal referral link is under Refer a friend in your account menu. Send it by email, in Slack, or across a table.
They sign up and subscribe. They create a new SurveyRock account through your link and move to a paid plan within 90 days. A trial or free account counts once it becomes a paid one. Existing accounts don't qualify.
The credit lands after 30 days. Once they have kept a paid plan for 30 days, we add $10 in credit to their account and $5 to yours. The credit comes off your next renewal automatically, as a discount on that invoice.

Common questions
When do I receive my reward?
After the person you referred has kept a paid plan for 30 days. We add the credit to both accounts then, and it comes off your next renewal automatically, as a discount on that invoice. On a monthly plan that is within a month; on an annual plan it is your next yearly renewal. If a discount is already running on your plan, the credit comes off the first renewal after it ends, and if you are not on a paid plan yet it waits until you subscribe. They need to move to a paid plan within 90 days of signing up; the 30 days can run past that.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
You can refer as many people as you like. The credit you earn is capped at $75 in total, and a referral that would take you past $75 pays what is left. The person you refer always gets their full $10.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
A new SurveyRock account, created through your link, that moves to a paid plan within 90 days of signing up and keeps it for 30 days. A trial or free account counts once it becomes a paid one. Existing accounts don't qualify.
Can I refer myself or create multiple accounts?
No. Referring your own accounts doesn't earn credit, and a referral isn't credited when the two accounts pay with the same card.
What if my referral cancels?
The referral qualifies only if their paid plan is still active when the 30 days end. If it isn't, neither account receives credit.
Is the reward cash?
No. It is account credit, taken off your SurveyRock renewal as a discount.
