How it works

  1. A 30-minute kick-off. Program, audience, cadence, anonymity requirements, sending domain, and who gets the report.
  2. We build the questionnaire from our library. You approve it in writing before anything is sent.
  3. We run each cycle and close it on the date we agreed.
  4. Within five business days you get the report: scores, segments, the themes in your open-text answers, and an executive summary.
  5. A readout call, and the next cycle goes in the calendar.

Questions

Do I need a SurveyRock account already?

No. The Pro plan is included. If you already have an account, we upgrade it and your existing surveys stay exactly where they are.

Who writes the report?

We do. The platform groups the open-text answers into themes and drafts the summary; a person on our side reviews the themes, checks the numbers, and writes the judgement.

Can my team still use the tool?

Yes. It is your Pro account throughout: build your own surveys, invite colleagues, use the dashboards. Managed adds the work; it doesn't take the platform away.

What if we want a second program?

Add it at the next cycle on Managed Plus, or ask at the readout and we'll quote it.
