Raise an action from a theme, a key driver, a summary suggestion, an insight or a single response. Give it an owner, a status and a due date — and see whether the number moved once the work was done.

Collected. Charted. Presented. Then nothing.
Most NPS cycles end at the slide. The detractor everyone agreed someone should call, the theme that has come up three quarters running, the driver that clearly matters most — they stay on a dashboard until the next survey replaces them. An Action is what you raise instead: one item with an owner, a status, a due date and a note on what happened. Feedback that ends in a dashboard is a report. Feedback that ends in an action is a program.
Raised from where the evidence is
Start an action from a theme, a key driver result, a suggestion in an executive summary, an insight, a single respondent's answers — or from scratch. The evidence stays linked and is read live, through the same permissions as the survey itself. It is never copied into the action.
An owner, a status, a due date, a resolution
Five statuses — Not started, In progress, On hold, Done, Canceled — and a resolution note that becomes the written record of what was done and why. Every plan includes Actions; Free accounts can keep three open at a time, every paid plan is unlimited.
Assignment that reaches someone
Hand an action to a teammate and they get an in-app notification and, by default, an email with a link straight to it. A daily digest lists anything due today or overdue, so nothing waits for someone to remember to check.
Did the number move?
When an action comes from a key driver, an NPS question or a theme, SurveyRock captures the metric at the moment you raise it and shows the value since — once at least 30 responses have come in. The caption stays put: change since this action was created; other things may have changed too. Movement, not proof.
Follow up with a respondent, on your terms
Where a survey collected contact details and you are allowed to see them, they are shown on the action. The call or the email happens in your own tools, and the outcome goes in the note. SurveyRock never contacts a respondent on your behalf.
How it works
From the number to the name on it
1
See it
A detractor's answers. A theme climbing quarter over quarter. A key driver that clearly matters most. Each one has a button beside it.
2
Raise it
Give it a title, an owner and a due date. The source travels with it, so whoever picks it up sees the evidence — not a summary of the evidence.
3
Close it
Update the status as the work moves, write down what happened, and read the metric beside the note — captured when you raised it, measured since.
