Every low score deserves a follow-up. Here's how to start one automatically, without anyone checking the results first.
Start a workflow on your NPS survey. It runs each time a response is submitted. Turn on 'Only fire when a condition is met', and pick the score: six or less. Now it only runs for detractors.
Add a step. You could email the team or post in Slack. Here, create an action: a follow-up task with an owner, so it can't slip. Give it a title, and a note for whoever picks it up.
Name the workflow and publish it. From now on, it runs on its own.
Now a customer answers with a three, and says why: support took four days to answer a billing question.
The action is already in your list, assigned to you. Open it, and View response takes you to exactly what they said. This is SurveyRock — start free at surveyrock.com.
The survey data shown in this video is a demo account's, not a customer's.
