A low score with a reason behind it is a job to do. Here's how to give it an owner and a due date, and see it through.

Open the response. This person scored four out of ten, and said why: the renewal price went up without new features to justify it.

Click Follow up. SurveyRock opens a new action, already linked to this response. Give it a clear title, an owner and a due date, and create it.

Every action lands in one list, filtered by status and owner. Move it to in progress, and when it's handled, mark it done and note what you did.

And nothing waits quietly: each owner gets a morning email listing their open actions that are due that day or overdue. This is SurveyRock — start free at surveyrock.com.

The survey data shown in this video is a demo account's, not a customer's.
