Add SurveyRock to Claude as a connector, and Claude can build a survey with its questions, publish it, share a link and read you the responses, all in the workspace you choose. You sign in with your SurveyRock account, Claude can only do what you can do yourself, and it never sees respondents' email or IP addresses with their answers. Available on every plan, Free included.
You can now create a survey and its questions in one API request: send an optional `questions` list to POST /api/v1/surveys, and the response gives you each question's new id. Add more later with POST /api/v1/surveys/{id}/questions, at the end of the survey or of the page you name with `pageId`; a question with a `pageTitle` starts a new page. DELETE /api/v1/elements/{id} removes a question: one nobody has answered is deleted for good, and one with responses is retired and its answers stay in your results. Changes go into the draft, so republish a published survey to make them live.
Choose what each member can do on one workflow: edit it, view it and replay runs, view run history only, or no access at all. Open the workflow, go to Settings, then Permissions. A level can only narrow what a member's workspace role already allows, never add to it.
In a workflow's advanced webhook panel, a step can now send in the background: SurveyRock keeps trying for about four days, and run history shows whether the delivery is queued, retrying, delivered or failed. Delivery is at-least-once, so your endpoint may see the same request more than once; each request carries an Idempotency-Key that stays the same across attempts, so it can ignore repeats. You can also sign a step's requests with a secret that is shown once and can be replaced without a gap, and a later step can read a "Wait for the response" step's JSON answer as fields.
Rating questions can now report CSAT, CES or Top 2 box as a percentage beside the average. By default the question's labels decide: a scale that tops out at "Very satisfied" reports CSAT, and one that tops out at "Very easy" reports CES. Or choose it in the question's Results settings, along with where counting starts. CSAT and CES count every positive point (4 and 5 on a 5-point scale); Top 2 box counts the top two. With enough responses, the dashboard adds a trend line under the figure, and a KPI card when a survey has one CSAT or CES question.
Get a signed webhook at your own server each time a response is completed, or let your systems read the same events from an event feed; each event carries the response's ids and completion time, not its answers. Manage them in Workspace Settings under Integrations, in a new Webhooks card that shows each one's status, its last delivery and its failed attempts in a row. A failed delivery is retried over about 3.7 days, and the same webhooks and feed can be managed through the API.
Paste a questionnaire, or upload a .docx, .pdf or .txt file, and SurveyRock turns it into a draft survey you can edit before saving. AI drafts, whether converted or generated from a prompt, now include suggested pages, required flags and optional help text, all editable on the review screen. It converts questions and answer choices, not logic: skip rules are not carried over, though you can ask for a separate skip-logic draft. Available on Solo and above, and each draft uses AI credits.
When you import responses from a CSV or Excel file, you can now map several columns to one question and SurveyRock combines them into one answer. It works for multiple choice, image choice, ranking and matrix questions, which a file often spreads across one column per choice. For choices, a filled cell or a mark such as 1, x or yes under a column named for the choice counts as picked; for ranking, each column holds that item's position. Any other question type still takes a single column.
Survey invitations, reminders and thank-yous can now go out from your own mail server, or from your own verified domain, instead of SurveyRock's. Add a server under White-Label with its host, port and login, or add your domain and publish the DNS records SurveyRock shows you. With your own server there is no fallback: if it can't be used, the mail is not sent from SurveyRock's address instead, and a campaign that can't send through it is refused. Available on Growth and above, and not during a free trial.
A Matrix question can now take its rows from the choices or rows of a question on an earlier page, while its columns stay your own. Each respondent sees one row for each item carried to them: the items they selected, the ones they did not select, or all of them, as you choose. To set it up, open the Matrix's panel in the designer and choose "Carry forward".
In Excel exports, answers to text questions in your responses now stay text, and so does every value in a contacts export. A phone number keeps its +, and 0.50 stays 0.50 instead of becoming 0.5. Text questions set to accept a whole or decimal number stay numbers, so you can still total and chart them. A CSV file can't store cell types, so use the Excel export when you need text kept exactly as typed.
Raise an action from a theme, a key driver result, a summary suggestion, an insight, or a single response. Give it an owner, a status and a due date, and see how the metric has moved since you raised it. Included on every plan — Free accounts can keep three open at a time, paid plans are unlimited.
Key driver analysis ranks every eligible question by how much it moves together with the outcome you're tracking — NPS, a rating, or a slider — instead of you crosstabbing one pair at a time. It shows its caveats on the result and refuses to rank when the data can't support it. Available on Growth plans and above.
