What's new in SurveyRock

Everything here is already live. We publish after shipping rather than before, so nothing on this page is a promise about the future.

  1. Key Drivers and Actions

See which questions actually move your score, and raise a follow-up with an owner and a due date straight from the result.

    Key Drivers

Ranks every eligible question by how much it moves together with the outcome you're tracking — NPS, a rating, or a slider — instead of you crosstabbing pairs one at a time. Shows its caveats on the result rather than a number you have to take on faith, and refuses to rank when the data can't support it. Growth plans and above.

    Actions

Raise an action from a theme, a key driver result, a summary suggestion, an insight, or a single response. Give it an owner, a status and a due date, and see whether the metric moved once the work was done. On every plan — Free accounts can keep three open at a time, paid plans are unlimited.

  2. Respondent-side fixes

Three fixes to how respondents experience a live survey — validation that rejected valid answers, and draft edits leaking into published surveys.

    Fixes

    • A date and time question no longer rejects valid answers. Previously the client-side format check rejected every response to that question type, which could block a respondent from completing the survey.
    • Multi-line text questions with format validation now accept valid answers. This affected multi-line questions combined with any of the validation formats, not one specific format.
    • Respondents now always see the published version of a survey. Unpublished edits made in the builder could previously appear to people taking a live survey before they were published.
