Account & Billing
SurveyRock plans run Free → Solo → Team → Growth → Pro → Enterprise. Feature and limit details below describe what each tier unlocks — current pricing is on the pricing page, not here, since plans and pricing can change independently of this documentation.
Workspaces and team access
Section titled “Workspaces and team access”- Workspaces — the container for your surveys, contacts, and settings; the number you can have scales with plan tier
- Staff seats and, for agencies, client seats — Team tier and above include a small number of client seats, scaling up through Growth and Pro
- Collaboration — multi-user access, survey sharing with granular per-survey permissions, and activity history on Team tier and above
- Permission profiles — role-based access control for finer-grained control over what each team member can do
- Asset library — a shared library of images and files across a workspace, available Team tier and above
Security
Section titled “Security”- Two-factor authentication — authenticator app or emailed one-time codes, with backup codes and trusted devices. Available on every plan, including Free
- Brute-force protection on login
- Enterprise SSO — SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect, available on Pro and above
- Audit logging — user actions are logged across the application. What you can view today is scoped: per-response edit history on Growth and above, and an audit log for workflow operations. Account-wide records are available on request rather than self-serve
- Encryption — TLS in transit; databases, file storage and cache are encrypted at rest
See Security for the full detail.
Privacy and compliance
Section titled “Privacy and compliance”Consent management, data retention controls, rectification, legal hold, and PII masking on uploaded files are all built in. That said: SurveyRock does not currently hold SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA certification. If your organization requires a certified vendor, that’s on our roadmap, not a current capability — ask us directly about your specific compliance timeline.
API access
Section titled “API access”API access (bearer-token REST API) is available from Solo tier and up. Workflows, including the webhook step and inbound webhook triggers, are available from Team tier and up. See Developers for the technical details.
Managing your plan
Section titled “Managing your plan”Upgrades and downgrades are self-serve from account settings. Add-ons you have bought, such as extra staff seats, carry over when you change plan if the new plan offers them; one it doesn’t offer ends when the change takes effect. Extra staff seats are offered from Team up, so moving to Solo or Free ends them, and if that leaves more people than seats you choose who keeps one.
