Give a low score an owner
When a detractor writes in, create a task for the contact’s owner with what they said, due in two days. The follow-up lands in their HubSpot tasks, next to everything else they own.
Connect HubSpot, and a completed survey can update the contact’s properties, add a note, or create a task or a ticket. Sign in to HubSpot and approve SurveyRock, with no API key to copy and no Zap to maintain. HubSpot is on Pro and up.

Write the latest NPS or CSAT score to a contact property, so your HubSpot segments and reports can use it alongside everything else you know about the account.
Create a ticket in the pipeline your support team uses, linked to the contact, with the answer in the description.
The HubSpot step is on Pro and up. An owner or admin connects the account in Workspace Settings, and each step picks the account it writes to.
A step finds the contact by email address and writes only what you put in its fields. A response with no email address, such as one from an anonymous link, never reaches a contact: the step does nothing and the workflow carries on. On a survey that collects responses anonymously, a step that takes the contact from the response is skipped, so an anonymous answer isn’t put on anyone’s record.
Each workspace connects its own HubSpot account, so an agency can keep every client’s data in that client’s own portal. You can disconnect at any time from Workspace Settings. The HubSpot guide has the details.
