Zapier

Put survey responses to work in the apps you already use.

Connect SurveyRock to Zapier, and a completed survey or a low score can start a Zap. Sign in with your SurveyRock account and pick one workspace, with no API key to copy.

What teams build with it

Follow up on a low score

Use New Low Score Response to post a detractor’s comment to your team’s channel, so someone can reply while it still matters.

Keep your other tools current

Use New Response to add each completed survey to a spreadsheet or update a record in your CRM, one field per question.

Send a survey from another app

Use Create Survey Link to make a live link when something happens elsewhere, then put that link in an email from the app you already send from.

What the connection can do

Connecting needs Solo or above. Instant triggers usually reach Zapier within about a minute of a response being completed.

Triggers

  • New Response starts a Zap when someone completes a survey. Team and up.
  • New Low Score Response starts a Zap when an NPS or rating score is at or below the one you choose. Team and up.
  • New Response (Scheduled) does the same as New Response, on Zapier’s schedule. Solo and up.

Actions and searches

  • Create Contact adds a contact to your workspace. Solo and up.
  • Create Survey Link creates a live link to a published survey. Solo and up.
  • Find Contact looks up a contact by email address. Solo and up.

You decide what Zapier sees

A connection works in the one workspace you choose, and only as far as you can yourself. Each response gives your Zap its answers, one field per question. Respondents’ email addresses and names, and answers marked sensitive, stay out unless the person connecting ticks a separate box, which is off by default.

The workspace’s owners and admins get an email when a connection is first allowed to receive response events. You can disconnect at any time from Connected apps in your account settings. The Zapier guide has the details.
