The response list and exports show the day a suggestion came in, not the time.

Yes. The Free plan includes 100 responses a month, 3 surveys and 10 questions per survey, and a suggestion box needs one survey and one question. No credit card. New accounts start with 14 days of Growth, then moves to Free unless you choose a paid plan, and your surveys and responses stay.
SurveyRock doesn't tell you. With anonymous responses on, a new response is saved with no link to a contact and no IP address, browser, device or location. Two things to know: our server access logs record visitors' IP addresses, separately from responses, and the words themselves can give someone away, so ask people to leave out names and details. Share one link with everyone rather than one link per person.
The box keeps collecting and nobody is turned away. Responses past the limit are hidden from your results until your monthly cycle resets, or until you add capacity or upgrade.

No. An anonymous response has no contact attached, so there is nobody to reply to. Close the loop with everyone instead: tell your team what came in and what you're doing about it.
No. It's a link, so it works for customers, members, students or anyone else you want to hear from.
