Results & Analysis

Responses land in a live dashboard as they come in — summaries, charts, filtering, and question-level breakdowns, with anonymous response mode available if you don’t need to identify respondents.

  • Filtering and segmentation — slice results by question, distributor, date range, and other criteria
  • Save & resume — respondents can leave a survey and pick up where they left off; duplicate-respondent detection flags repeat submissions
  • Trend analysis — track how answers shift over time across survey waves
  • NPS analytics — dedicated Promoter/Passive/Detractor breakdowns wherever an NPS question is used
  • Quiz scoring — automatic scoring and aggregation for surveys with scored questions
  • Text analysis — word frequency and keyword extraction on open-ended answers

For research-grade analysis:

Capability Notes
Cross-tabulation Up to 3 banner variables, with row/column/total percentages
Chi-squared test of independence Runs on crosstabs — p-value, degrees of freedom, significance flag, and small-cell/minimum-group-size handling
Response weighting Weighting schemes and variables, weight cap/floor with re-normalization, diagnostics, and a defined strategy for unweightable respondents; crosstabs compute weighted counts automatically when a scheme is active
Survey and quota-cell response caps See Survey Builder for setting them up

Not built today: MaxDiff, conjoint analysis, and statistical tests beyond chi-squared (no t-tests, regression, or TURF). If your methodology depends on these, they aren’t available yet.

  • Report sharing — public report links with data filtering, for sharing a live view without giving access to the account
  • Exports — CSV, Excel/XLSX, Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx) for everyone; SPSS .sav export with variable labels, value labels, and measurement levels on higher tiers
  • Response import — bring existing response data into a survey

See Account & Billing for which of these are included at each plan tier.
