Trouble signing in
Most sign-in problems are solved by the password reset link on the sign-in page. The situations below are the ones that need something different.
An emailed sign-in link doesn’t work
Section titled “An emailed sign-in link doesn’t work”If you followed a one-click sign-in link from an email and saw a message that it’s expired or already used:
Enter your email on the sign-in page and we’ll send a fresh link. These links are single-use and time-limited by design — if you clicked it more than once, or opened it a while after it arrived, requesting a new one is the fix. Reference code: SR-SIGNIN-01.
The link worked, but your session wouldn’t start
Section titled “The link worked, but your session wouldn’t start”Less common: the sign-in link itself was valid and got used, but something went wrong starting your session afterward. If you see a message that your session couldn’t start:
Sign in normally with your email and password below. Reference code, if it keeps happening: SR-SIGNIN-02.
A “confirm this is you” page appears with nothing to confirm
Section titled “A “confirm this is you” page appears with nothing to confirm”SurveyRock doesn’t currently offer signing in with Google. Every account signs in with its email address and password. The “confirm this is you” page was built for linking a Google sign-in to an existing account, so the only way to reach it now is an old link or bookmark.
With nothing to confirm, the page sends you back to the sign-in page. That’s expected. Sign in with your email and password, or use the password reset link if you don’t know your password. Reference code, if you need to contact us: SR-LINK-01.
Still stuck?
Section titled “Still stuck?”Contact support with the reference code from the error message — it tells us exactly which step failed.
