Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 popul\u00e4rt att det nu anv\u00e4nds av <a href=\"https:\/\/fortune.com\/longform\/net-promoter-score-fortune-500-customer-satisfaction-metric\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tv\u00e5 tredjedelar av Fortune 1000-f\u00f6retag<\/a>.  Den skapades av (och \u00e4r ett registrerat varum\u00e4rke f\u00f6r) Frederick Reichheld, Bain &amp; Company och Satmetrix. Du visar dem ditt engagemang f\u00f6r kundernas framg\u00e5ng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ber\u00e4kning av NPS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det \u00e4r enkelt att ber\u00e4kna NPS.  Dra f\u00f6rst bort antalet negativa personer fr\u00e5n antalet positiva personer och dividera det med antalet personer som besvarade fr\u00e5gan. Sydamerikanska konsumenter ger till exempel ofta <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesswire.com\/news\/home\/20070222005121\/en\/Satmetrix-Reveals-Findings-Cultural-Differences-Customer-Loyalty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">h\u00f6gre grad av tillfredsst\u00e4llelse<\/a> \u00e4n andra kulturella grupper, medan de japanska konsumenterna \u00e4r de mest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medallia.com\/press-release\/japanese-consumers-set-the-bar-for-high-standards-while-south-americans-are-the-easiest-to-please-new-research-finds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sv\u00e5rast att tillfredsst\u00e4lla<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e4r ska du anv\u00e4nda en NPS-unders\u00f6kning?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns m\u00e5nga tillf\u00e4llen d\u00e5 det skulle vara en bra id\u00e9 att kontrollera dina kunder f\u00f6r att se hur bra de tycker om att arbeta med dig.  H\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra exempel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Efter att de har haft kontakt med din serviceavdelning.  Det \u00e4r b\u00e4st att g\u00f6ra detta s\u00e5 snart som m\u00f6jligt s\u00e5 att de inte gl\u00f6mmer n\u00e5gra detaljer.<\/li><li>N\u00e4r de har slutat anv\u00e4nda din produkt eller tj\u00e4nst<\/li><li>Kort efter att de har b\u00f6rjat anv\u00e4nda din tj\u00e4nst f\u00f6r att uppt\u00e4cka om det finns n\u00e5gra luckor i fr\u00e5ga om f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljnings- och marknadsf\u00f6ringsupplevelsen.  Detta hj\u00e4lper dig ocks\u00e5 att uppt\u00e4cka eventuella problem i ett tidigt skede. En annan f\u00f6rdel med detta tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt \u00e4r att det g\u00f6r det m\u00f6jligt att se framsteg \u00f6ver tid.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Generellt sett \u00e4r det b\u00e4st att g\u00f6ra en NPS-unders\u00f6kning efter att kunden har uppn\u00e5tt en meningsfull milstolpe med din tj\u00e4nst eller, om kunden har varit hos ditt f\u00f6retag l\u00e4nge, efter en viss tidsperiod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Net Promoter Score \u00e4r en signal p\u00e5 h\u00f6g niv\u00e5 och b\u00f6r f\u00f6ljas upp och m\u00e4tas \u00f6ver tid.  F\u00f6r l\u00e5ngvariga kunder rekommenderar vi att man tittar in regelbundet, kanske kvartalsvis.
