Als u e-mail verstuurt naar mensen binnen de Verenigde Staten, is het ook belangrijk om <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ftc.gov\/tips-advice\/business-center\/guidance\/can-spam-act-compliance-guide-business\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">de regels van de CAN-SPAM-wet volgen<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/surveyrock-blog.s3.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/youre_invited.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/surveyrock-blog.s3.amazonaws.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/youre_invited.jpg\" alt=\"youre_invited\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Om ervoor te zorgen dat uw enqu\u00eate-ervaring zo succesvol mogelijk is, bieden wij van SurveyRock de volgende beste praktijken voor e-mailuitnodigingen voor enqu\u00eates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Zorg ervoor dat de beoogde ontvangers hebben ingestemd met het ontvangen van aanbiedingen van uw bedrijf<\/li><li>Bevestig hoe de lijst is samengesteld en hoe deze sindsdien wordt beheerd. Hoe wordt bijvoorbeeld omgegaan met \"opt-out\"-verzoeken en \"bounce backs\"?<\/li><li>Bevestigen dat \"opt-out\"-verzoeken van vroeger gebruik op passende wijze zijn verwerkt<\/li><li>De onderwerpregel mag (volgens de wet) de ontvanger niet misleiden over het onderwerp of de inhoud van de e-mail. Gebruik bovendien niet de woorden \"winnen\", \"prijs\", \"sweepstakes\" of een dollarbedrag (bijv. \"$1000\") in de onderwerpregel om te voorkomen dat deze als SPAM wordt gefilterd. Vermeld waar mogelijk het onderwerp van de enqu\u00eate en de sponsor van de enqu\u00eate.<\/li><li>Het \"Van\"- en het \"Reply To\"-adres moeten (volgens de wet) juist zijn en de persoon identificeren die de e-mail heeft verzonden.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De inhoud van het bericht (volgens de wet) <strong>moeten omvatten<\/strong> het volgende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Opt-out informatie. Een geldig e-mailadres of een andere methode voor de ontvanger om van de mailinglijst te worden verwijderd. Bijvoorbeeld: \"Om uit toekomstige mailings van dit type te worden verwijderd, gelieve een antwoord op deze e-mail te sturen en in de onderwerpregel op te nemen - \"Verwijderen uit XYZ Studie\".<\/li><li>Fysiek straatadres van de afzender<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De inhoud van het bericht <strong>moeten omvatten<\/strong> alle van de volgende:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>De eerste zin moet overtuigend zijn en de reden duidelijk maken waarom het de moeite waard is de enqu\u00eate in te vullen. Wees zo specifiek mogelijk.<\/li><li>Naam van het bedrijf of de persoon die de enqu\u00eate sponsort<\/li><li>Korte uitleg van het doel van de studie<\/li><li>De tijd die de respondent nodig zou moeten hebben om de enqu\u00eate in te vullen. Wees eerlijk; een tijdsspanne is ok\u00e9.<\/li><li>Uitleg over waar\/hoe het e-mailadres van de ontvanger is verkregen<\/li><li>Duidelijke instructies voor de toegang tot de enqu\u00eate<\/li><li>Als de enqu\u00eate screeners bevat, neem dan een verklaring op over hoe de respondent zich volledig moet kwalificeren en de enqu\u00eate moet invullen. Dit is vooral belangrijk als er een stimulans wordt geboden. Bijvoorbeeld: \"Wij zijn op zoek naar een specifieke doelgroep\".<\/li><li>Incentive-informatie (indien van toepassing) moet duidelijk zijn. De regels van de loterij of een link naar de regels moeten worden opgenomen<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De inhoud van het bericht s<strong>moet niet<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vermeld dat het \"geen SPAM\" is (of gebruik het woord SPAM helemaal niet)<\/li><li>Klinkt anoniem of vaag<\/li><li>een lange tekst hebben waarin wordt uitgelegd hoe de gegevens zullen worden gebruikt<\/li><li>Gebruik druk taal zoals \"moet\" of \"haast je nu\"<\/li><li>Gebruik \"zwendel\" taal of aanbod<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Herinneringse-mails <strong>zou<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>NIET worden gestuurd naar mensen die de eerste mailing hebben geweigerd<\/li><li>Zet het woord \"Herinnering\" in de onderwerpregel<\/li><li>Een verkorte versie is van de eerste e-mail<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Met SurveyRock kunt u snel en eenvoudig <a href=\"http:\/\/www.surveyrock.com\/\">online vragenlijsten<\/a> en ontvang de snelle feedback die u nodig heeft om belangrijke beslissingen te nemen.
