Het is absoluut noodzakelijk dat u op een strategische manier werkt aan uw communicatievaardigheden met iedereen die met uw bedrijf te maken heeft. Zonder doeltreffende communicatiemethoden lopen de nadelen uit op problemen en misverstanden die een zware tol kunnen eisen op de reputatie van uw bedrijf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hier leest u hoe u de communicatievaardigheden in uw bedrijf kunt bijschaven en problemen kunt voorkomen die ontstaan wanneer er geen communicatie is of wanneer de boodschap niet correct wordt overgebracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Luister eerst<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Luisteren is de basis van elke communicatie. Een goede manier om een betere luisteraar te worden is het beperken van de afleidingen die een weg banen in een gesprek en die het moeilijk maken om de boodschap die wordt overgebracht volledig op te nemen. Het zijn de kleine dingen eigenlijk. Sluit uw e-mailaccount, zet uw telefoon op stil, sluit de deur tijdens een vergadering en ervaar het zelf. En probeer niet afgeleid te worden door je eigen gedachten; de persoon voor je verdient je volledige aandacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Besteed aandacht aan slechte feedback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Het negeren van feedback zou een slechte zet zijn, hoe onbeduidend het ook lijkt. Iemand kan een klacht hebben over uw product of er kan een klein conflict zijn. Het is uw taak om onmiddellijk te reageren. Al is het maar een korte zin, laat uw klanten zien dat u de zaak onderzoekt, zodat u ze niet kwijtraakt en zodat ze weten dat u ge\u00efnteresseerd bent in wat ze te zeggen hebben en dat u ze serieus neemt. Anders zult u niet alleen ontevreden klanten hebben, maar ook ontevreden en boze klanten. Bovendien is het belangrijk dat u open communicatielijnen heeft om uw bedrijf effectief te laten draaien. Op die manier kunt u uw bedrijf verbeteren en inspelen op de wensen van uw doelmarkt. Af en toe een enqu\u00eate of vragenlijst naar uw klanten sturen is een best practice-methode om feedback te verzamelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weet wat je moet zeggen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Onderdeel van effectieve communicatie is het stellen van de juiste vragen om de antwoorden te krijgen die u nodig heeft. In elk gesprek zijn er altijd aanwijzingen over het soort vragen dat u naar antwoorden leidt en welke vragen u beter kunt vermijden. Stel bijvoorbeeld dat u een medewerker heeft die achterloopt op de rest van het team en motivatie nodig heeft. Door de juiste vragen te stellen zou u in staat moeten zijn om het onderliggende probleem op te lossen in plaats van het alleen maar erger te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doe je best.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Vergaderingen zijn het klassieke voorbeeld van tijdverspilling. Maar u kunt dat veranderen, voor uw bedrijf althans. Plan en organiseer, dat is de sleutel. Maak een agenda en verdeel die vooraf onder alle deelnemers. Het belangrijkste dat u moet doen is ieders tijd respecteren en de besprekingen zo effici\u00ebnt mogelijk laten verlopen en uw boodschap zo effectief mogelijk overbrengen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tweewegcommunicatie kan u helpen tijd te besparen en ervoor te zorgen dat niets aan het toeval wordt overgelaten. Het is sneller en het geeft beide partijen de kans om misvattingen uit de weg te ruimen door ervoor te zorgen dat de andere persoon heeft begrepen wat u probeert te zeggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
