Se sono fedeli non solo comprano di pi\u00f9, ma riferiscono altri clienti. Abbiamo un certo numero di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveyrock.com\/home\/customer-satisfaction-surveys.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">modelli di sondaggio sulla soddisfazione del cliente<\/a> per rendervi operativi in pochi minuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Una ricerca consolidata di Bain &amp; Company ha scoperto che, per molte aziende, un aumento di 5% nella ritenzione dei clienti pu\u00f2 aumentare i profitti da 25% a 95%. Lo stesso studio ha scoperto che costa da sei a sette volte di pi\u00f9 guadagnare un nuovo cliente che mantenerne uno esistente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inoltre, una cattiva esperienza pu\u00f2 superare un sacco di buone esperienze. Le cattive esperienze possono essere rapidamente trasmesse a decine, centinaia o migliaia di altri clienti, amplificandone l'impatto. Sono condotti immediatamente dopo ogni transazione del cliente.  Per esempio, un sondaggio pu\u00f2 essere somministrato dopo un acquisto o un'esperienza di servizio al cliente.<\/li><li>I sondaggi sulle relazioni raccolgono input da persone che hanno un rapporto continuo con l'azienda e hanno avuto pi\u00f9 transazioni. Sono sondaggi programmati regolarmente, spesso trimestrali.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I sondaggi transazionali sono inviati a discrezione di chiunque abbia contatti con i clienti - ma i dati dovrebbero essere raccolti immediatamente dopo l'interazione mentre l'esperienza \u00e8 ancora fresca in<br>la mente del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le indagini sulle relazioni dovrebbero essere distribuite nel corso di un anno.
